"We have reports of rioting in West street and an escalating crisis downtown. The police seem to have it under control but how long will it be 'till a riot gets out of hand? let's cross over to our reporter on scene-

"Yes Don! It is a very loud riot as you can hear and police are not allowing any footage of the rioters at the moment. We don't know what their demands are but I sense this will not be tidied up quickly!" the windy rubbish swept street of the crowded downtown fades out to show Don Snyder sitting behind the desk once again with the friendly smile.
"Onto other news, the government has grounded all flights in or out of Parlueo stating-" he looks down at a piece of paper, "-that a hurricane of biblical proportions is a hazard to flights in or outbound."
